The Short Way
Use Rock Smash on the nearby jagged rock, then go north and push the next rock up. Go to the left and use Rock Smash on the jagged rock, then push the nearby rock to the left.

In Ruby and Omega Ruby, it is located in the same place as the Team Aqua Hideout and has the same features. It is located just east of Lilycove City, in an area only accessible after Team Magma has stolen the submarine in Slateport City. . Route 124 connects to Mossdeep City.
