It is located next to Marketplace Fun Finds, which has a do-it-yourself engravable dog tag machine inside. I have also seen the do-it-yourself dog tag machines around the parks, specifically at the Tomorrowland Video Arcade in the Magic Kingdom and Chester and Hester's Dinosaur Treasures in Animal Kingdom.
