Click on the green panel labeled "Top Secret" in the bottom right-hand corner once you are in the HQ. Simply select your mission and you are ready to play the mission.

On the left side of the device, there is a water wheel, made of metal cans. If the water flow to the left, it will rotate the water wheel, and while spinning it will lift the cage- allowing the agent to get out.

Put the can in the Test Chamber and fill it with water, then freeze it. The can will tip over and the ice will fall out. Take it back to Rory, and he will give you the other lens. Give the lens to Dancing Penguin, and he will fix his glasses and thank you.

In order to obtain it, the player had to assist the Dancing Penguin, who accidentally broke his glasses. To repair them, the player had to use a can of worms from the Lighthouse, then take it to the Gadget Room, and place it in the Test Chamber. The can had to be then filled with water, then frozen.

The HQ was the hub for Penguin Secret Agency activity, including surveillance and mission planning. It is based near the Everyday Phoning Facility with a secret entrance.
