The main event happens on the Rideau Canal where you can skate on the world's largest skating rink. At 7.8 km long and skating on Dow's lake, that's a lot of ice. There are warming stations and food stalls along the way where you can get hot chocolate, BeaverTails, and Maple Syrup treats.
